Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Packaging Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, and the original packaging must be intact and undamaged. This means the product should be returned with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories exactly as received.

Returns that are missing original packaging, show signs of use, or have been tampered with may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.

WhogoBuy Terms and Conditions for Returns

  1. Return Eligibility:
    Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging unless defective or damaged.

  2. Return Process:

    • Contact WhoGoBuy customer service to request a return authorization.

    • Provide order details and reason for return.

    • Upon approval, the delivery agent will pick up the items using the return invoice.

  3. Condition of Returned Items:
    Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition. WhoGoBuy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this standard.

  4. Refund or Exchange:

    • Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods and may take up to 10 business days.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  5. Return Shipping Charges:

    • Return shipping costs are covered by WhoGoBuy only if the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

    • For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

  6. Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items such as perishables, personalized/custom orders, and clearance sales are non-returnable.

  7. Liability:
    WhoGoBuy is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit unless a prepaid return label is provided.
